1. Program description. Sebastian J Surducan DBA SS360HomeBuyers ("SS360HomeBuyers") sends text messages to people who opt in through our website form at ss360homebuyers.com or give verbal consent on a phone call. Non-marketing messages relate to your property inquiry, such as scheduling calls, follow-ups, and offer updates. Marketing messages, if you separately opt in, include offers to buy your property.

2. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP," we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or reply "START," and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 904-410-4242.

4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy at ss360homebuyers.com.

7. Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years or older to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
